Short On Time This Week?

Short on time this week? Choose from these shorter workouts to stay consistent without committing to a full-length class. I’ve selected six workouts that still give you a balanced week of glutes, core, upper body, and full-body sculpting. Follow them in order, aim for one each day, and remember: a shorter workout is always better than skipping it altogether.
